Terms and Conditions:

  • Referrer must be 18 years of age or older.

  • The homeowner must consent to their contact details being shared.

  • The referred property owner must not already be in active contact with Rob East or Ray White Papanui regarding the sale of their property.

  • The property must be successfully listed and sold through Rob East at Ray White Papanui for the referral reward to be paid.

  • The $500 referral reward will be paid following settlement of the property sale.

  • Only one referral payment will be made per property sale.

  • The referral must be submitted prior to the listing agreement being signed.

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify referrals and decline claims that do not meet these terms.

  • The promotion may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

  • Employees or contractors of Ray White are not eligible.

  • Referral must relate to a residential property located in Christchurch.
